Part of J.P. Cullen's internal quality policy is to ask superintendents and project managers for an evaluation of any subcontactors and/or suppliers at the end of a job. Past performance is one of the factors used in evaluating a subcontractor/supplier's capability to do future work. Our team has rated your performance as Very Good or Excellent in all catagories. I would like to take this opportunity on behalf of myself, and others, to thank you for a job well done.

Star Cinema

We wanted to let you now how much we appreciated the extra effort by your company, and some of your employees to go "beyond the extra mile" to fabricate hand railings for us at the Star Cinema project in Dubuque, Iowa. This was a great example of customer service.

Catalent

I just wanted to take a moment to express my pleasure of working with McFarlane's on the CATALENT project. We did it again! You and I have worked together numerous times on tough and demanding timeline schedules, and McFarlane's once again rose to the occasion from getting shop drawings out, to fabrication and delivery to the CATALENT job site.

This project was so fast paced, that a day delay was a massive concern to the schedule. Well, let's just say I had zero worries that the McFarlane team would not meet all of my expectations. The real test of any project is that we can't build it if we don't have the materials to do so. I have been a superintendent for twenty years and had to deal with many suppliers for steel products in which I would have to call them all the time for a delivery date. Not once, with McFarlane's on this project, did I have to make a call. From the design team to the manufactuing all of the different components we received on site, this was job was well done.

Any time I see that McFarlane's received a contact on one of my projects, I smile and think to myself " no worries, mate, its covered by the BEST!"
