This software has the intelligence to design connections but also to avoid unforeseen interferences between connections that could be overlooked using 2D design. Once a project is modeled completely it can be submitted for review from the customer as well as develop shop drawings, cut list and several other customized reports needed for the fabrication of the steel.
All of our miscellaenous metals, primarily stairs and rails, are still drawn using AutoCAD with a steel detailing add on called AutoSD. Both of these programs allow us to present the client with the best possible renderings and solutions for the success any given project.
